    2. This is a great reference book for kettlebell workout exercises. I am currently at a gym that uses primarily kettlebells. I love using the kettlebells; got bored using dumbbells and barbells so never progressed. I love swinging these weights. I would like to do this at home some time and save the gym fees. But right now the instructors are still correcting my form and execution. The gym is also able to offer me exercises on things I won't do at home; sledge hammer on the bid tire, cables and ove [...]

    3. This is a very straightforward workout book. Its simplicity made it enjoyable to read and very informative. This is a must-own for all people who are interested in kettlebells, who are currently using them, or are interested in integrating a new exercise modality into an existing workout.My only criticism is that the amount of acronyms used were not clearly introduced in the beginning of the book. I found myself having to seek clarification from outside sources to confirm them.

    4. The book uses series of photos to help explain the progression of kettlebell exercises. While not as good as working with an instructor or following a video, the book offers great tips on how to structure a workout based on your goals, good moves for different sports and warm up and cool down routines. Plus it offers a nice variety of sample workouts.
